  • Delivery Time: 1 to 3 business days depending on your city
  • Payment Method: Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • Shipping Fee: Displayed at checkout or confirmed after order validation

Important (Orders Over 800 DH)

To ensure serious and secure transactions:

  • Any order above 800 DH requires a 100 DH down payment
  • This amount will be deducted from the total upon delivery
  • Your order will only be processed after the down payment is received

Return & Refund Policy

Return Conditions:

  • You have 3 days after delivery to request a return
  • The product must be:
    • Unused
    • In its original condition
    • In its original packaging

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The product has been used or damaged
  • The request is made after the 3-day return period

Refund Process

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process your refund
  • Refunds can be made:
    • In cash (when possible), or
    • Via the same method used for the down payment
